Engineer Ed March has toured 34 countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, India, Pakistan and Iran on his trusty Honda C90 Ed, 27, bought the 90cc bike seven years ago as a cheap way to get to work to and from work. But he got the idea to go travelling with it from BBC TV’s Top Gear when the team travelled through Vietnam on cheap vehicles. Since then Ed, of Hartland, Devon, has taken it to a series of mammoth trips across Asia and the Arctic Circle. His trusty Honda does 150 miles to the gallon and the only routine maintenance Ed ever carries out is an oil change every 1,000 miles.
